OffPAC is a method of accessing Tuanku Bainun Library,UPSI public access catalogue through your smartphone. Different with OPAC, OffPAC does not require an active internet connection for searching books and materials.

- Navigate yourself to a specific shelf of a material without wasting time
- Bookmark your searched item for later access (unlimited bookmark, swipe to the right)
- Bookmark now sync to iCloud (very small size)
- Scan for ISBN/ISSN behind of a material (e.g. book) using your phone camera to check it availability at Tuanku Bainun Library
